About Our Client Our client is a proud Indigenous Company supplying contract services across Australia's Mining and Construction Sectors.Established in Western Australia, their services include Construction, Maintenance, Mining, Rehabilitation and Production services to various Mining Companies, Private Industries and Government.Priding themselves in being a multicultural company who carry out highly efficient operational maintenance on our Construction and Mining Projects. The Mining Companies we currently work with include FMG, Rio Tinto and BHP. Job Description The key responsibilities for this role are: Coordinating and managing mobilisation activities and processes. Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless processes. Providing administrative support to the team. Assisting in the planning and execution of project activities. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate records and documentation. Participating in team meetings and contributing to team goals. Resolving any issues that may arise during the mobilisation process. The Successful Applicant A successful Mobilisation Coordinator should have: Demonstrated experience in a similar role, at least 2 years Mobilisation experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using computer software and systems. Ability to work well as part of a team.
