Your conveyancing experience and knowledge of end to end residential mortgage settlements and settlement verification will allow you to take ownership and run your own residential property files from start to finish. MSA National's own in-house, purpose-built workflow management system provides the highest level of automation and functionality, ensuring you are supported by industry-leading processes and procedures. Your duties will involve: Online searches. Managing communication with key stakeholders such as Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers, Solicitors, and major Australian banks. Managing disbursements and certifying files. Managing both attended and PEXA settlements. About you: This role requires a professional, confident, and highly organized person to take ownership of mortgage files. To be successful in this fast-paced role, you will possess the following: At least 2 years of end-to-end Mortgage Settlements or Conveyancing experience within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, working within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be an outstanding communicator with a positive disposition and a flexible attitude to work tasks. Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines. Intermediate MS Office skills. This role is suited for a performance-driven individual who thrives in a high-volume and deadline-driven environment.
