Your mission: expand Auscare Support’s footprint, foster strong partnerships, and recruit top talent.What You’ll Be DoingBe the go-to person for inquiries about Support Coordination and Auscare Assist services.Build and nurture relationships with NDIS participants, families, LACs, service providers, and community groups.Develop partnerships with allied health professionals, referral networks, and other stakeholders.Support our Independent Contractors by ensuring they’re engaged, informed, and aligned with Auscare values.Represent Auscare Support at industry events, expos, and forums—online and in-person.Identify and recruit top talent – skilled Independent Support Coordinators and Support Workers.Collaborate with marketing to create outreach campaigns, host info sessions, and grow engagement.Stay ahead of the game – track market trends, analyse data, and report on key engagement metrics.What We’re Looking For️ NDIS Experience – Background in Support Coordination or similar.️ Stakeholder Engagement Pro – Strong networking and relationship-building skills.️ Business Growth Mindset – A proactive, strategic thinker with a drive to achieve results.️ Superb Organisation & Time Management – You juggle priorities like a pro.️ Data-Savvy – You can track trends, analyse insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.Bonus Points For: Experience in contractor management, recruitment, or HR.Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or community services.Ready to Make an Impact?Apply now!
