As an Accommodation Manager, you will manage a dedicated team of support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that meets individual needs, fosters independence, and enhances the quality of life for our participants. Working closely with our participants, their families, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that all aspects of care are aligned with organisational goals and best practices. We are looking for someone with disability experience who can demonstrate hands-on team leadership skills to ensure best practice service delivery to the participants we are privileged to support. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the individual needs of each participant are met, and that tailored care plans are in place and reviewed regularly. Leading, supervising, and mentoring a team of support workers, ensuring that they provide person-centred, respectful, and high-quality care. Building solid partnerships with participant stakeholders to ensure consistent person-centered supports are provided. Participating in the on-call roster on a rotational basis. Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Overseeing and implementing risk management plans, participant support plans, and WHS. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in a relevant field of study. Demonstrated experience in managing a team within the community services sector. Strong understanding and knowledge of NDIS, Disability services sector, and NDIS Quality Safeguarding Framework. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under high-pressure situations. Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload and competing demands. An understanding of what it means to support in a way that respects participants' rights, dignity, values, beliefs, and personal goals. The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, with a positive approach to everything that you do. Applicants must have a current Driver's Licence, NDISWC (or willing to apply), Working with Children Check, Police Check, and current First Aid. #J-18808-Ljbffr
