We are seeking a proactive, client-focused, and detail-oriented NDIS Program Manager to oversee the delivery of social groups, day and overnight adventures for people living with disabilities across NSW and South-East Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an existing program that has huge growth potential. What You’ll Do: Work directly with people living with disabilities, helping them develop skills and independence. Engage with families, carers, and service providers to ensure a collaborative, person-centred approach. Coordinate and implement innovative programs that promote community participation and inclusion. Support and supervise team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate data, contribute to grant applications, and uphold compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. Exercise initiative and problem-solving skills to drive operational improvements. Some travel to Brisbane and surrounds to support the team will be required. What You Bring: Experience supporting individuals with disability, particularly Autism, and an understanding of their unique needs. Strong leadership & problem-solving skills – you can think on your feet and make informed decisions. Excellent time management & organisation – juggling priorities with ease. Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and a passion for delivering high-quality services. Great communication & interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
