We are currently on the lookout for a NSW & ACT State Manager to lead our team of awesome BDM's and drive sales results to increase market share and distribution of the brands we represent. Key Responsibilities Include: Increase sales and distribution by building strong relationships with wholesalers, retail chains, key independents and banner groups. Train, motivate and mentor the sales team through regular communication, defining objectives and reviewing results. Work with other sales teams and business units to implement national and state programs consistent with company strategy. Maximise value out of state co-op expenditure, controlling debtors through trading terms, accurately setting budgets and forecasts and controlling state related expenditure. Actively contribute to the planning of brand owner visits and participate in trade calls where required. Spend consistent time in trade with BDM's to coach and assist with territory management. Work with National Business Managers to drive sales in key on and off premise accounts. Manage state allocations or limited edition skus ensuring segmentation requirements are adhered to. Implement marketing programs to maximise core brand sales and work closely with trade marketing and marketing teams to develop SP brands. If this sounds like you then let's talk! Apply below.
