Job Description Are you an experienced bid professional with a passion for leading winning proposals? Join our team as a National Bidding Manager, where you'll lead the bid team, drive successful tender submissions, and develop strategic proposals that align with our company's goals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring the success of our bidding processes across the firm. What You’ll Do: As the National Bidding Manager, you will: Lead and manage the Bid Team, ensuring consistency of bidding practices across the company. Oversee the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to winning proposals. Ensure high-quality bid responses, reviewing and formatting tender documents for accuracy and brand compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute bid strategies that align with business objectives. Research clients and competitors to enhance the competitiveness of bids. Monitor and evaluate bidding metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Maintain and update all bid-related collateral, ensuring compliance with company standards. Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to enhance proposals and explore new business opportunities. Train and mentor bid team members on best practices and strategic approaches to bidding. Desired Skills and Experience What We’re Looking For: We are seeking someone with a natural leadership style who has: Proven experience in bid writing and tender submissions. Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Canva for bid document preparation. Excellent writing, formatting, and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality proposals. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. Knowledge of bidding metrics and compliance with industry regulations.
