About this Position The National Contracts Manager is more than just contract management - it’s about working on some of the biggest deals in the food services industry. You’ll collaborate with major clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure our contracts are solid, commercially sound, and set up for success. From negotiations to risk management and stakeholder engagement, your expertise will be key in keeping things running smoothly and profitably. Key Responsibilities Contract Strategy & Negotiation – Draft, review, and finalise contracts that align with business goals while minimizing risk. Risk & Compliance Management – Ensure all contracts meet legal, financial, and operational standards. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Legal, and key external partners to ensure contract terms align with business strategy. Performance Monitoring – Track contract deliverables, assess financial impacts, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Process Improvement – Enhance contract management processes for better efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you will bring: Strong experience in contract management, with a sharp eye for risk assessment and commercial terms. Ability to balance legal considerations with a sales-driven mindset - this role is about both protection and negotiation. A strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges and find solutions. Exceptional stakeholder management skills - you’ll be working with a wide range of people, from procurement specialists to head chefs and senior executives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial implications and make data-driven decisions. Experience in the food service or FMCG industries is a plus. Role Structure & Reporting No direct reports, but you will report to the Group General Manager, Sales & Marketing.
