You will be responsible for developing and diversifying the business in line with financial and volume targets. Your Role You will place a strong focus on market penetration through sales leads and business development strategies to ensure the capture of new customers. Your strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships along with your strong time management will be key to your success. Your Responsibilities To own, monitor and drive all sales activities for customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified and nurtured through the sales pipeline to close profitable and sustainable customer deals. To align your sales efforts with the National Sales and Marketing Manager, pricing, and business development teams, including pricing decisions. To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products. To report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required. To align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers. To maintain and update the most relevant customer information in internal systems. To regularly review customer portfolios with the National Sales and Marketing manager. To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with the CCL. Your Skills and Experiences Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, specifically in the freight forwarding and logistics. Preferred candidates should come from the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry. Experience handling large, complex, and multimodal business is preferred. Proficient in negotiating contracts and meeting client requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
