Xylem is looking for a National Logistics & Inventory Manager at our Kemps Creek, Sydney Location. The Logistics & Inventory Manager is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of planning, procurement, production and distribution of all stock materials in ANZ, including finished goods, components and spares. The role: Develop strategies and processes to minimise excess and obsolete inventory. Support business initiatives to implement recommendations and improvements. Ensure that stock management policy is executed consistently across warehouse throughout ANZ. Manage international and domestic freight requirements. Drive and motivate team members' capabilities and performance. Provide leadership and strategic direction to direct and indirect employees. Foster a safe working environment and behaviors throughout both the Logistics and Inventory organisation. About you: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent experience. Certificates in APICS, logistics management, project management, and/or continuous improvements. Prior experience in supply chain planning, logistics, operations, or customer service. System experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong interpersonal skills, to influence stakeholders and customers.
