About the role We are looking for an experienced Container Sales & Hire Manager to join the team at our Container Park Operations based. We are open to candidates based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You will be responsible for the development and management of the container sales and hire division within DP World. Reporting to the General Manager – Container Parks, you will focus on establishing a presence in the container sales and hire market by building strong relationships with customers across a wide range of accounts/clients while also developing the process and systems internally within the business. Key Accountabilities The main responsibilities of this role include: Identify new business opportunities within the container sales and hire market Plan sales activities and lead negotiations and deal closures Regular interface with prospective and current customers Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers Establish agreements to secure new and used containers Establish and build out in-house system, processes and rollout for equipment Qualifications, Skills and Experience The successful candidate will possess the following: 5-10 years’ experience working in container modifications, sales and hire Able to manage priorities, be well organised, methodical and deal well under pressure Excel in customer lead generation experience Experience in driving and developing relationships Excellent consultative sales and relationship management Proven customer service skills and excellent communication skills Application details Click "Apply" to apply now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
