What this opportunity involves: We are currently seeking a highly motivated National Project Coordinator for our largest Australian account, Lendlease. Join our dynamic team and drive customer engagement and retention across office and industrial portfolios. An overview of the role: Manage and execute various projects across customer portfolios Coordinate campaign components and act as campaign element executor Maintain the Lendlease Information Portal Manage industrial communications with the Industrial Team Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects Handle budgeting and accounts payable with National Finance Team Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for: 2-3 years' experience in event planning and management Basic marketing knowledge and design skills (e.g., Canva) Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large workloads Experience in financial reporting and managing accounts payable Property management experience preferred but not required What you can expect from us: You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
