A household name, this company continues to thrive & expand their footprint. The Role: An incredible opportunity has become available for an experienced National Retail Operations Manager to join the business. Lead a successful team of Area Managers who in turn have their portfolio of stores reporting directly to them. As a Leader in the business, your key traits are: Role model authentic leadership & create a learning organisation Champion collaboration by building trust at all levels of the organisation Build strategic relationships & your network to drive results Able to inspire a team to deliver results, fun, & in turn, foster a friendly & authentic service to customers Assist in determining the future direction of the business Set strategic imperatives for the business & communicate a clear vision for customer delight Skills Required: Significant experience (10 years minimum) in retail operations at a senior level, within a high volume, multi site environment Solid experience in omni channel retail Strong commercial acumen with the ability to coach teams to drive business growth Demonstrated capabilities in translating strategic direction into actionable plans Expertise in sales & leading others Strong understanding of warehousing & logistics Other Requirements: You stem from retail operations, having started your career on the shop floor Energy & passion to rally multi site managers & stores You enjoy leading by example, being visible to the teams by visiting stores with your multi site managers Travel required nationally MUST HAVE full Australian work rights You enjoy your role & can translate this to your teams & in turn, have fun Don't let this opportunity pass you by - Apply now!
