What you’ll do: This role is responsible for heading the Power Quality Enterprise Segment and Service business development teams. The individual in this position will craft and execute a sales strategy aimed at increasing market share and enhancing the Eaton brand within our key segments, which include Infrastructure, Mining, and Commercial. The ideal candidate must be a skilled and seasoned leader with extensive experience in the IT, critical infrastructure and intelligent power markets. This leader will collaborate closely with the PQ General Manager and the broader PQ leadership team to develop and implement the overall Power Quality strategy in ANZ. Strong visible leadership, including: demonstrating attributes aligned to Eaton values, a champion in customer advocacy. Strong contributor to Eaton ANZ Performance Culture, a positive role model for all Eaton employees and build Eaton’s brand in front of customers. Coaching sales teams to successfully achieve set goals. Lead and coach the team in effective segment and account mapping practices. Map and maintain relationships at all levels within the selected named accounts – C-level, IT Managers, facilities managers, partners and other key decision makers or influencers. Lead the Enterprise UPS and Services strategy for PQ to maintain coverage and increase breadth & depth. Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure lead times are met, and where possible improved through supply chain efficiency. Alignment with Eaton global teams on initiatives, best practices, and product roadmaps. Represent the ANZ Enterprise UPS and Services Sales Organisation in the PQ senior leadership team. Work closely with the Power Quality General Manager on the overall 5-year strategy for business growth and annual execution through the profit plan process. Qualifications: This role needs at least 10 years of working in a sales capacity, preferably in the critical power industry. Skills: Strong leadership, experienced external and internal stakeholder relationship management skills are essential.Strong people leader with proven coaching skills.Must understand the macro trends driving growth in our markets.This role requires experience in developing, managing, and executing account plans for targeted segment accounts.Role also requires the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of roles within Eaton. It is critical that this role is in regular contact with regional and global sales leaders, and product managers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
