The key responsibility of the Sales Assistance Team Leader is to ensure our Sales Assistance and Business Development Service is delivered to clients in a timely fashion, to budget, and with quality results. We are looking for applicants with experience in SMEs, ideally with exposure to both Operations and commercial Sales, who are growth-minded and looking for an opportunity to move into Leadership & Management. This role involves managing a team of Sales Assistants – answering their day-to-day questions, removing roadblocks, and ensuring they are performing to a high standard. Resources and personnel must be allocated appropriately to deliver the best service for our clients. Projects must be administered correctly, including set-up of systems internally, liaising with clients, assisting with sales strategy, measuring results, quality checking calls, and developing both internal and external reports. The Core Outcomes of the role: Building and maintaining a highly performing team Meeting revenue & budget targets monthly Consistent team member performance/output on a weekly basis Team member training and upskilling Excellent client relations Creating results-driven basic sales support strategies for clients Responsibilities: Liaise with Strategy & Sales Personnel regarding each new client, to become familiar with clients’ company information, scripting, and desired results Set-up internal systems, allocate personnel and resources, update forms/paperwork as required Carry out training with BDRs and Assistants for each new client Conduct ongoing development and learning with the team, including quality checking calls being made Manage and monitor team members weekly, ensuring delivery on calls and agreed KPIs each week Oversee and administrate internal reports to ensure profitability of each client and overall team performance Create external reports to show ROI on each client’s project/subscription weekly Engage with the team and passionately embrace the Zembr culture through monthly team meetings and internal communication platforms Skills Required: Previous experience in Tele-Services and Sales roles, particularly in an outbound role Excellent at verbal communication and building remote rapport Basic experience in sales strategies, scripting, and basic marketing strategy knowledge Tenacity and a drive to succeed, hungry for growth No fear of the phone and can handle rejection KPIs & goals focus Outstanding organisational and time management skills Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Outlook Calendar) Emotional Intelligence and prospecting experience Cold calling experience Discretion and confidentiality Ability to lead a team and hold them accountable to deliver on their commitments Effective time management, especially in managing your own time to achieve outcomes Proactive & efficient, with good personal organisation skills Proficient IT skills, able to adapt to utilising our phone calling system, time tracking system, etc. Able to take initiative in problem-solving difficult situations and improving systems and processes for the overall good of the company Critical thinking and problem-solving skills After-hours meetings are required on a regular basis due to the global nature of the team (approx. 1-2 times per week) AU/NZ APPLICANTS CONSIDERED ONLY Benefits & Perks: Engage with a global team and passionately embrace the Zembr culture through monthly team meetings and internal communication platforms Access a fantastic chance to get to know & learn from many different global businesses, teams, and industries Embrace, live, and embody Zembr's four core values: Proactive, Passionate, Trusted & Accountable, and Communication Have access to a highly supportive & friendly team, with dedicated mentoring & assistance Opportunity for development into areas of management & leadership, or working across several teams for broader corporate experience (develop other skillsets) Work with a young, profitable, forward-thinking, fast-growing & systematised business & team, running on the successful Management system of 'EOS' (Entrepreneurs Operating System) Flexibility of choosing working location & hours that suit you & your schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
