As a National Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our client's service department. You will be instrumental in maintaining exceptional customer service standards while managing the overall budget for service, operations, and installations. Your leadership skills will be utilised as you mentor the customer service team and field technicians. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and business relationships are maintained. Inventory control of spare parts and warehouse operations. Monthly reporting and profitability awareness, including analysing service performance and KPI's. Monitor department issues and client complaints, creating methods to minimise risk. Responsible for overall service and installations budget. Audit work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met. Lead and mentor the operations team, including customer service and all field technicians nationally, providing staff development coaching and feedback. Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws. Identify areas of improvement with strategic plan for implementation. Review analytics on monthly service performance and provide feedback or suggestions for improvement. What you bring: Proven experience in a similar role with at least 10+ years of related experience. Technical knowledge with the ability to develop improved methods for fulfilling responsibilities. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint). Experience with SAP is preferred. Extensive knowledge in service processes and operations.
