The opportunity We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced National Service Manager to lead our national service team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your exceptional knowledge and skills to our growing business. As the National Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all our branches. This role is located at our east coast head office located at St Marys, NSW. You will leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, ensuring outstanding service levels through the service team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your responsibilities include: Provide team leadership and direction to meet company, departmental, and individual goals Strong focus on growing and expanding the service team Ability to utilise EST equipment Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and systems within your team Champion team initiatives such as ENERGISE, Our Best Selves, and Illuminate Establish strong relationships with customers and act as the escalation point for inquiries and feedback Oversee key account management for service and maintenance contracts Conduct regular customer visits to identify revenue-generating opportunities Set service level expectations with customers and guide your team to achieve these standards Transform customer insights from the sales team into actionable growth strategies Solve complex customer issues Collaborate with manufacturing and production to ensure effective support for branch-based parts teams Establish facility development plans for each branch Drive profitability to exceed budget requirements Effective promotion, growth in sales, marketing, and direct influence of service Pursuit and development of new market opportunities for service Formulate forecast orders and gain necessary approvals Liaise with our resellers and establish a great working relationship Qualifications and Experience Extensive leadership experience in a service role within a regional or national customer base in a related industry Proven track record in process improvement, project implementation, and change management Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and CRM software Strong commercial experience within branch or dealership networks Ability to deliver operational outcomes aligned with strategic objectives What makes Semco Equipment Sales different We are a progressive company with a supportive team.
