We are looking for a National WHS Manager to lead our safety initiatives across our manufacturing facilities and installation operations. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the safety culture of a trusted name in the building industry. The Role As our National WHS Manager, you’ll be based in Braeside, Victoria , with frequent travel to our factories and residential building sites across the country. You will lead the development and implementation of WHS policies, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and promoting a culture of safety and excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining WHS policies, systems, and procedures. Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure safety compliance. Leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions. Delivering WHS training and fostering a safety-first culture among employees and contractors. Monitoring WHS performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Engaging with stakeholders, including factory managers, site supervisors, and external partners. Balancing WHS priorities with the broader operational and business needs. What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll bring: Proven experience in a WHS role within the residential building or construction industry . Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, codes of practice, and industry standards. Expertise in managing WHS systems across multiple locations, including factories and construction sites. Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. A practical understanding that safety is not always black and white, requiring a balanced approach that considers both safety and business needs. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to risk management and safety. A willingness to travel regularly and work in diverse environments. Qualifications and Requirements Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum) or equivalent qualification. Diploma or higher qualification in WHS, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field (preferred). Current driver’s license. Why Join Us?
