Reporting to the National Injury Services Manager, you’ll provide specialist support to the Injury Services team, ensuring accurate and timely payments while minimising reimbursement delays. You will make a positive impact by: Managing fortnightly and monthly compensation payments to injured workers Preparing information for insurers to calculate compensation (PIAWE) Verifying and reconciling wage reimbursements against claims Rectifying errors and omissions to facilitate timely reimbursements Assisting with workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work processes Maintaining accurate records in compliance with policies and legislation Your ideal skills & experience: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Strong experience in payroll functions and workers' compensation weekly benefit processing & reconciliation Knowledge of state-based workers' compensation weekly benefit legislative requirements Experience in injury management and claims reconciliation (desirable) At Serco, you’ll join a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders who will help you achieve your goals.
