Ready to make a move? Get in touch and apply today! Responsibilities: IT Support & Network Management – Provide 1st and 2nd line support across sites and manage network infrastructure. Security & Compliance – Oversee Intune compliance, Microsoft Defender for threats, and ensure robust network security. Project Work – Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvements. Incident Response – Be on call in case of major network outages (rare but possible). Skills/Must have: Cisco Meraki – Strong experience managing Cisco networking solutions. Microsoft 365, Intune & Azure AD – Hands-on experience in M365 administration and endpoint management. 1st & 2nd Line Support – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently. Microsoft Security Suite – Experience with Defender, Exchange, Teams & security best practices. Nice-to-Have Skills: SATO & PaperCut – Experience with these systems is a plus. SharePoint – Knowledge of SharePoint administration.
