The Role: Standard and Custom Designs Location: Servicing Gympie and surrounds (Widgee, Rainbow Beach, Tin Can Bay etc.) Role Outline: Meet and Greet Generating leads Creating House and Land Packages Building relationships with referral partners Following up Contract Presentation Database / Capture leads Consulting with customers to design their perfect home Key Requirements: Local area knowledge Experience in sales and / or construction Strong local network base HIGHLY motivated A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills Self Motivated Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities IT / Computer Savvy Driver's Licence and reliable motor vehicle Strong problem-solving skills Salary plus commission – Flexible upon your experience Uncapped earnings - 250k+ expected Unlimited support and training A supportive workplace with great culture Industry leading remuneration to be negotiated dependent on experience Only applicants with previous experience in this specific role and the right to work in Australia will be considered.
