This is a rare opportunity to join their company in a brand new role in a newly launched sales office in the outer South/East corridor. The Position Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be based onsite at the display. You will provide exemplary customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships, follow up on and nurture all leads, and meet monthly sales targets by negotiating and closing sales. You will also monitor market conditions and competitor activity, sales volumes, pricing and product offer, to maintain current knowledge, manage the CRM and provide weekly and monthly reports to management, accurately complete and process all sales contracts, conditions and deposits and attend weekly sales meetings. About You This opportunity will ideally suit an experienced and qualified Sales Consultant with experience in House & Land, New Homes or Medium Density. Experience and knowledge of the South/East and residing nearby are preferred. We are happy to consider anyone with 12+ months experience in a Sales Consultant role who is driven and dedicated to progress their career with a market leader. Pre-requisites for this role are a current VIC Agent’s Rep Certificate/Cert IV Real Estate or the equivalent, a current driver’s licence and own vehicle and the ability to work weekends. Your own ABN with the ability to work as a contractor is encouraged.
