This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team and play a key role in establishing our presence in the automotive market. Responsibilities: Help develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve set targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, including inventory management and after-sales support. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement necessary improvements. Create and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team. Requirements: Must have Automotive Sales experience in an automotive dealership setting Excellent selling and organisational skills (must be a proactive self-starter). Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences is an advantage.
