Our Norris Metro Used Car team is seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the team. With a passion for automotive, you will be known for providing an exceptional customer experience and achieving KPIs with a primary focus on customer satisfaction. You are someone who is truly passionate and committed to your role, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards continuous growth. About You & the Role: Create engaging, connecting, and memorable moments with our customers. Excellent communication skills - Build rapport quickly and act with integrity. A willingness and openness to learn, grow, and develop. Ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs. Deliver the exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism. Prioritize time management to ensure that you meet customer and business deadlines. A strong and reliable work ethic & process-driven mindset. Consistently update your DMS and keep organization at the forefront of your position. Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence, not essential but highly regarded - if not acquired, the ability to obtain this qualification. This role requires you to sell vehicles via email, over the phone, and face to face, so a strong and confident communication approach is viewed as favorable.
