Job Description
News Editor/Journalist – 2VM-Now FM Moree Moree Broadcasting requires a News Editor/Journalist to compile and broadcast local news for 2VM and NOWfm. These two stations are dominant in the North West of NSW and Southern Downs of Queensland. An interest in local events, emergencies, weather, and sport is expected, and the ability to fill in on air when required will be an advantage, as will an excellent on-air presentation and the ability to compile compelling news stories. People who enjoy mixing in and promoting the local towns, who have a curious and enquiring mind, and strong computer and time management skills should apply. Award wage applies.
