Goodline facilitates a wide range of works, including Shutdown Maintenance, Welding and Fabrication, Civil Construction, Concreting, Plumbing, Equipment Maintenance, Refrigeration, and Electrical. Nhulunbuy is located on the Gove Peninsula in the North Eastern corner of Arnhem Land within the Northern Territory. THE ROLE Goodline requires an experienced and qualified HSE Advisor to join our Goodline Nhulunbuy team. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, technical skill, and knowledge. Reporting to the HSE Superintendent, the HSE Advisor is a key member of the Nhulunbuy operations team providing advisory, compliance, and auditing services to our teams across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building, and civil disciplines. A thorough understanding of WHS and environmental management principles, legislation, and standards is important for this role. This role requires a collaborative style, working closely with our people and client project leaders to uphold standards and expectations across multiple work fronts. The successful candidates will be proactive in mentoring the workforce and leaders, leading incident and event investigations, and seeking continuous improvement solutions.
