To develop, implement, manage, and evaluate ACN Higher Education Programs, the nurse educator will also be expected to facilitate learning across a variety of programs offered by ACN. To be considered for this exciting position, you are required to address each of the following selection criteria in your cover letter, providing examples of how you meet these criteria: Selection Criteria Essential Criteria: Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the NMBA At least five years of post-graduate experience Masters qualification in an area deemed relevant by ACN Knowledge and experience in educational planning, programming, and evaluation Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of staff across educational and broader functions in a scholarly and cooperative environment Relevant teaching experience Advanced computer skills in the use of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and other databases such as Moodle and Articulate Desirable Criteria: Post Graduate Education qualification Certificate IV TAE (Training and Assessment) Applications that do not include a cover letter addressing all the selection criteria with a CV will not be considered.
