About the role Join our team in this rewarding Nurse Team Leader role, where you will provide quality care to a diverse mix of patients through: Assisting the medical practitioner in delivering medical services: patient triage, acute illness, health assessments/injury management, rehabilitation and chronic disease management Supporting the Practice Manager through coordinating and monitoring the day-to-day operation of the Treatment Room Providing support and guidance to the Nursing team on clinical issues and ensuring standards are maintained Identifying & contributing to the development of patient educational needs Implementing and practising infection control Skills & experience Current AHPRA registration - Registered Nurse (Division 1) Previous experience in a supervisory role Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent communication skills Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills Experience with Best Practice software You will join a fun and professional team, with ongoing training and career opportunities through our large network of medical centres around Australia.
