An opportunity has become available for a skilled nursing professional to join the leadership team at Gove District Hospital as the Nurse Unit Manager for Ward One. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced clinical nurse to lead and manage our General Medical, Surgical, and Paediatric ward. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and the broader community. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational, clinical, and professional aspects of the unit, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of care within a culturally safe framework possessing strong clinical and administrative skills.
