Aveo, a leading provider of retirement living services, is seeking a skilled Nursing Team Lead to join its team at the Manors of Mosman retirement village. Job Description This part-time position involves leading, supervising and educating a clinical team to deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents. You will be responsible for ensuring all residents receive general and support services in line with their care plans and contracts. Key responsibilities include: Liaising with external service providers to ensure seamless care delivery Maintaining effective relationships with residents, families and wider stakeholders Ensuring accurate medication management and adherence to care plans Providing leadership and guidance to the nursing team What We Offer $42.66/hr + relevant Nurses Award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers Opportunities for further career progression Be part of a friendly and supportive team in a caring retirement living community Opportunity to work across a number of our neighbouring communities Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: Current AHPRA Division 1 registration and CPR certificate (required) Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you) Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required) Experience in Community Care or Retirement Living (desired) Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
