About the Martian Logic Platform Martian Logic is a pioneering and modern SaaS-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS). We're experiencing rapid growth and we're looking for experienced SaaS BDMs and Team Leads to meet the demand. About The Role This role is ideal for either a Senior SaaS Sales Executive (BDM) or a SaaS Sales Team Lead with 8+ years of sales experience and a minimum of 3 years in SaaS sales. In this role, you will act as both a BDM and Team Lead, having your own target as well as being responsible for your team's target. About The Person We are seeking an experienced SaaS Sales BDM/Team Lead with the ambition to prove themselves in a fast-growing SaaS company. You need to be ultra-focused and adaptable, especially in the first year, as you will be selling, leading by example, mentoring team members, and ensuring your team's success.
