We are looking for an experienced office lead to help create a collaborative cultured environment that is not only enjoyable but also rewarding to be a part of. If you possess: Good work ethics. Integrity. Good judgment. Management qualities. Some office computer know-how. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience. Job Requirements: An obsession with details, organization, and creating an elevated client experience. Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague. Strong listening and communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstrated skill set in project management. Excellent computer skills (including but not limited to Excel, Word, Adobe, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Quickbooks). Self-starter, quick learner, team player - brand ambassador. Minimum of two years’ experience in a professional office environment - customer service role. Responsibilities include: Run the day-to-day operations of an office - showroom. Vendor file upkeep and ordering of supplies. Scheduling the installation team and ensuring they are on schedule. Travel arrangements. Ordering of office supplies. Cover phones and review emails to help get back to clients in a timely manner. Identify opportunities to enhance our brand and place of business. Participate in ongoing product/technology training, as well as facilitate weekly - biweekly team meetings. Willingness to take on new tasks, jump in and get things done. Able to commit to a weekday schedule M-F from 9am to 5pm.
