2-month Temp Role, Immediate Start Footscray Location About Our Client Our client is a highly reputed entity in the services industry. With a workforce of over 500 people, they operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment in Footscray. Job Description Manage psychological health cases and complex claims Develop and implement wellbeing programs Coordinate return-to-work programs Provide OH&S reporting and documentation Engage with stakeholders across all organisational levels Support and coach leaders on wellbeing initiatives Manage relationships with external providers (EAP, WorkCover) The Successful Applicant A successful OH&S Business Partner should have: A degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field. Strong knowledge of OH&S legislation and regulations. Experience in developing and implementing safety strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits. Experience in training and staff development. What's on Offer An hourly rate between $65 - $70 per hour plus superannuation.
