Apply now! 25th February, 2025 OSHC Coordinator – Lead, Inspire & Make a Difference! We're looking for an enthusiastic OSHC Coordinator to lead our 195-place service at St Pius OSHC in Banyo ! This is an exciting opportunity to shape a fantastic program, mentor a team of educators, and build strong connections with our school community. With a dedicated OSHC space and access to extra school facilities, you'll have everything you need to create an engaging and fun environment for kids.This full-time, non-contact role (38 hours per week) with onsite hours Monday to Friday, including split shifts. Your Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service. Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children. Foster a positive and inclusive environment, maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and school staff. Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our service. Requirements: Diploma qualified in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
