As an OSHC Coordinator at the Y, you’ll play a key role in our Children’s Services team, leading and supporting your colleagues to uphold the highest standards of practice. What We’re Looking For: A genuine passion for working with children and families. A motivated, enthusiastic individual eager to join a dynamic team. Knowledge of the National Education and Care Law and Regulations. Familiarity with the My Time, Our Place Framework, National Quality Framework, and Early Years Learning Framework. Ability to create diverse, inclusive learning experiences for children, families, and Y staff. Proven leadership skills, demonstrating excellence in daily management. Commitment to best practices in health, safety, and well-being. Dedication to maintaining a child-safe culture and adhering to our high safeguarding standards. What You Need: At least 2 years of experience working with primary school-aged children. 2 years of relevant study (Degree or Diploma), preferably in Education, though other university degrees and select diplomas are also considered. Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework, and My Time Our Place. Current WWVP Check (ACT) and WWCC (NSW), or willingness to obtain. First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certification, or willingness to obtain. Experience working with children with additional needs (desirable). A valid Driver’s License.
