About Us Stella Maris OSHC, part of Catholic Early EdCare, is a vibrant 90-place service in Maroochydore. We provide exceptional out-of-school hours care in a nurturing, inclusive environment with strong ties to our co-located school. The Role As the Coordinator, you will lead day-to-day operations, develop educational programs, and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere for children, families, and school staff. You’ll be supported by an Assistant Coordinator and a Portfolio Manager. Hourly Rate: Competitive pay 10.25% above the award, plus allowances. Hours: 38 hours per week, onsite, Monday to Friday, flexible work-life balance with split shifts. Your Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the OSHC service. Develop and implement engaging, educational programs. Foster a positive and inclusive environment. Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve the best outcomes. Requirements Relevant qualifications and experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for enriching children’s experiences.
