What You'll Do: As the Responsible Person for the service, you’ll: Lead with Excellence: Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging OSHC program for children and staff. Plan & Deliver: Design educational programs filled with creativity, fun, and discovery, incorporating observations and reflection journals. Engage & Inspire: Build strong, meaningful relationships with families, the school community, and your team. Oversee Operations: Maintain attendance schedules, supervise educators, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate: Share ideas and network with other SCECS Coordinators through leadership workshops and childcare forums. What We're Looking For: We want passionate and capable leaders who: Hold (or are working toward) qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care . Have experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) or a similar role. Hold certifications in child protection, first aid, CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis (or are willing to obtain them). Have a current NSW Working with Children Check or are ready to apply for one.
