Job Description

The Role: An excellent opportunity for an O&G Registrar on a Permanent Full Time basis. The Location: Located just under 2 hours from Melbourne, this is one of the beautiful and well-developed regional cities in Australia with a vibrant arts hub and flourishing food and wine scene set against its rich history, grand architecture, and magnificent gardens. Sample stunning contemporary cuisine in historic buildings, admire modern art in venues new and old, and explore the city's fascinating history at museums, gardens, and galleries. The Facility: With more than 3500 staff and covering an area a quarter the size of Victoria, the hospital has over 650 beds which treat over 42,000 in-patients, attend to 50,000 emergency cases, and deliver approximately 1400 babies each year. In addition, we have a 20-bed intensive care unit, an 80-bed integrated psychiatry facility, and 11 operating theatres where almost 13,000 surgical procedures are performed annually. The Requirements: One or more of the following: Hold or eligible for registration with AHPRA. Possess at least 12 months recent experience as an O&G Registrar in either Australia, The UK, Ireland, Canada, NZ, or South Africa. OnRANZCOG training program. IMG's with RANZCOG interview date.
