Working with us Rural and Remote incentive: Category D allowance of $431.22 p.f. Tax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available. Eligible health practitioners entitled to accrue an additional three days professional development leave per annum, resulting in a total of six days professional development leave per annum. Eligible health practitioners working in designated remote areas will be entitled to a professional development allowance of $3512.00 per annum. 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 17.5% loading. About The Role The purpose of the position is to provide clinical care to consumers requiring acute mental health and or drug and alcohol services including but not limited to assessment, early intervention, crisis management, short term evidenced based treatment and or support and management through transition to continued care or external referral services within an acute care framework. The acute care service is an integrated multidisciplinary model of service within the NWHHS Mental Health & ATODS teams. The position works within a defined service integration pathway across program areas to maximise opportunities for recovery and improve access to services. C Class Motor Vehicle Licence. This position may require the incumbent to travel within the North West Hospital and Health Service to meet service requirements. Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks. This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis. A period of probation may apply.
