Guided orientation into your new role - support to establish your caseload and ensure you feel confident in a new business Supervision - constant support from our in-house experienced team of Occupational Therapy Supervisors Team discipline specific supervision meetings with the entire Gen Physio OT team to support you through complex cases, and group learning opportunities with industry leading professionals Regular skills assessments to build your caseload based on your learning/interests Supported clinical diary to help you achieve ideal caseload balance MDT catch ups with your team of fellow OTs, Speechies, Physios, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.
