Gen Physio Occupational Therapists provide a diverse range of care; from assessments and early intervention with children & adults, FCAs, home mods, assistive technology, mental health, rehab and online health options and so much more - and we love to work with our Clinicians to develop their caseloads based on their areas of interest and skillsets. How does Gen Physio support our OT team? Guided orientation into your new role - support to establish your caseload and ensure you feel confident in a new business Supervision - constant support from our in-house experienced team of Occupational Therapy Supervisors Team discipline specific supervision meetings with the entire Gen Physio OT team to support you through complex cases, and group learning opportunities with industry leading professionals Regular skills assessments to build your caseload based on your learning/interests Supported clinical diary to help you achieve ideal caseload balance MDT catch ups with your team of fellow OTs, Speechies, Physios, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.
