Why This Role is Perfect for You: Location : The main office is based in Menora, WA . Adult Caseload : Work with clients aged 18 and up , providing therapy to a diverse population. Client Mix : Serve both NDIS and non-NDIS clients , ensuring a varied and enriching caseload. Mobile & Office Time : While the role is primarily mobile, you'll spend Mondays and Fridays in the office for team collaboration, brainstorming, and meals together at a local café . Your Role: Varied Duties : Conduct home modifications, in-home rehab (cognitive and physical), equipment recommendations, wheelchair ramp installations , and more. Client Conditions : Work with clients dealing with conditions such as hip and knee replacements, neck pain, stroke recovery, neurodiverse conditions, dementia, heart disease , and more. Travel : Your travel radius is tailored to be within 20 minutes of the office , and travel time is included in your 5 billable hours per day . Rural Travel Opportunity : If you're interested, you have the chance to travel rurally with all expenses paid .
