Occupational Therapist - Community Case Manager Queensland Health (Organisation site: )Woolloongabba Community Health Centre, Woolloongabba Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team. Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS) delivers a broad range of specialist addiction and mental health services within the Metro South catchment. These include community-based ambulatory and residential services, the care services in the community, psychiatric rehabilitation, consultation-liaison to hospital wards and emergency departments and addiction services. The purpose of this role is to deliver Occupational Therapy services within the Continuing Care Team North. About the Role Manage an allocated workload to deliver Occupational Therapy services, including assessment, intervention and evaluation within an interprofessional team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff. Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to Occupational Therapy decision making under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff. Manage an appropriate caseload using effective time management and prioritisation skills, including clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation.
