About the Role Community Mental Health Services provide a range of services designed to help support the recovery and help consumers stay well in the community. The team provides specialist services for young people, children and families, adults, and older people. Community mental health services include a specialist Aboriginal Mental Health Team, bilingual mental health workers, and Peer Support Workers. Our main sites are at Canterbury, Croydon, Camperdown, Marrickville, and Redfern Community Health Services. The role will be based at Canterbury. Provide senior clinical leadership within Occupational Therapy service provision including optimisation of patient/client care delivery, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff. Ideal Candidate Bachelor or postgraduate degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA, with experience at Level 2 or higher. Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of Occupational Therapy. Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation and current NSW Driver’s Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
