What Your Day Will Look Like…. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll start your day by collaborating with a diverse team of health professionals to plan and deliver tailored therapy services. You'll engage with clients, carers, and families, utilizing your high-level communication skills to optimize clinical outcomes. Your day will involve applying your clinical expertise to a broad and complex caseload, adapting practices based on the latest evidence. You'll also participate in team meetings, contribute to service development, and provide mentorship to less experienced therapists. Throughout the day, you'll be involved in quality improvement activities, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
