Job Description

Fodico Marine Group Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administration Manager . In this role, you will independently manage the office, including payroll and accounting using MYOB Account Right. Reporting to the Directors, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of payroll, including periodic payroll calculations, superannuation, payroll tax lodgements and Workcover compliance Accounts Payable Management Accounts Receivable Management Bank reconciliations Prepare ATO PAYG, BAS, Payroll Tax, and other tax-related documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and researching compliance requirements Skills & Qualifications Required: Proven experience (5+ years) in bookkeeping or finance assistant roles Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or related qualification (desirable) Experience with MYOB or other accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP) Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and compliance Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team If you're looking for a rewarding position with a team that values a work-life balance and a positive work environment, we want to hear from you!
