Our fast-paced Head Office in Geraldton is seeking an Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations & efficient productivity within our team. The role will include (but not limited to): Management of & task delegation to reception staff Coordinate various contractors for our offices, not limited to gardeners, cleaners, security, and maintenance contractors Set up IT equipment for new starters & assist with IT queries as they arise Manage unexpected challenges & handle them with creativity & efficiency Manage schedules, appointments & communications from the management team Planning & coordination of events including end of year celebrations & staff milestones Maintain confidentiality & ensure seamless execution of professional tasks Answering the main switchboard as required to assist the reception team Adhering to all company policies and procedures Working collaboratively while promoting our positive team culture Working Full Time.
