This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a fast-paced work environment while providing exceptional support to our Sydney leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and discretion.Who You Are: Educational Background: A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in an Office Coordinator role or similar capacity, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with project management tools is a bonus. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders at all levels. Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Strong attention to detail and time management skills are essential. Full working rights in Australia. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and clients; answer and direct phone calls; manage emails and correspondence. Maintain office equipment and supplies, and coordinate repairs as needed. Manage office space, including seating arrangements and space planning. Organize internal and external events, meetings, and team-building activities. Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transport) for staff and handle administrative requests from employees. Assist with onboarding new employees. Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure smooth workflow. Provide high-level administrative support to the Sydney leadership. Why Join ADP?
