We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join us in the role of Office Manager based at our Fyshwick branch. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to adding significant value in our administrative functions, this role will best suit an individual who is a fast learner, multi-tasker and a general all-rounder. Role Responsibilities Compliance of company procedures in relation to all operational and logistic requirements. Assist counter sales with daily activities to include: Customer orders, sales orders, stock availability, customer liaison and account management, credit returns and order invoicing. Support the supply of products to the customer in a cost-efficient and timely manner. Assist Inventory accuracy at branches. Support and participate with Stock-Take as directed or requested by Management. Support Branch Manager in a number of different areas including; office administration, operations and assist with management of staff. Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of branch. General Administration tasks. Role Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role you will: Be a team player with a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Have previous experience in an Office management role in a Sales, Warehouse/Trade environment. Display great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, warehouse and sales team. Possess intermediate numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy. Be familiar with inventory programs to support activities within Polyaire.
