Clerk Grade 5/6 (between $97,027 – $107,059) plus super and annual leave loading Location – Moree Applications close 16 February 2025 at 11:59PM About us Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas of criminal law, family law, and everyday civil law legal issues. We provide legal advice, assistance at court, and family dispute resolution. This can be done over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices. About the role Legal Aid Moree Regional Office will open in 2025. The role of the Office Manager reports to the Solicitor in Charge. The Office Manager will be responsible for supporting and advising the Solicitor-In-Charge on operational matters to ensure the effective delivery of client services to customers visiting the office. About you You will have previously worked in a similar role with experience leading small teams and overseeing daily office operations. This autonomous position requires daily interaction with multiple stakeholders, including internal and external parties, providing high-level customer service and making sound decisions that positively impact the team and the office. You are a self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. You are a creative thinker with the ability to identify opportunities to develop office processes aimed at improving efficiency and driving optimal customer service.
