Location: Moree, NSW, AU, 2400 Ongoing – Full Time – 35 hours per week Clerk Grade 5/6 (between $97,027 - $107,059) plus super and annual leave loading Location – Moree Applications close 16 February 2025 at 11:59PM About us Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices. About the role Legal Aid Moree Regional Office will open in 2025. The role of the Office Manager reports to the Solicitor in Charge and it will be the responsibility of the Office Manager to provide support and advise the Solicitor-In-Charge on operational matters to ensure the effective delivery of client services to customers who visit the office. About you You will have previously worked in a similar role where you have gained experience leading small teams and overseeing the daily operations of an office. This is an autonomous position where you will interact daily with multiple stakeholders, including internal and external, providing high level customer service by making sound decisions that positively impact the team and the office. You are a self-motivated individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. You are a creative thinker and possess the ability to identify opportunities to develop office processes pitched to improve efficiency and help drive optimal customer service.
